7/6/17 IRON SISTERS UPDATE:
June was a fantastic month for the Iron Sisters as Kimberly Walford and Bonica Lough added to their World Championship titles at the IPF Classic World Championships in Minsk Belarus.
Next we will be rooting for Bonica at the World Games in Warclaw, Poland. This is a special meet as it is the closest power-lifting has to the Olympics and it only comes around every four years. She will be leaving our Hamilton, Canada camp to fly out on July 23rd and lifting on the 26th.
That brings us to our future camps.
Hamilton, Canada - this meet is full but "sideline participants" tickets are still available (you get to sit in on the presentations and observe the hands-on). July 20-23rd
Houston, Texas - We are super excited to be going to Barbell Elite on January 12-14th 2018. We will have registration available for this event in the next couple of weeks.
Wisconsin - The first or second week of April, 2018
Rock Hill, South Carolina - we will be heading back to Brutal Iron gym in May.
We hope that we have spread these camps out enough that there is one in your region. The amount of e-mails we received inviting us to their gyms is humbling. Thank you for all of your invititations
