I take the Pre and Post Workout Canister package and have been for over a year now. After years of equipped lifting I now do only raw meets. At 58 years of age I have seen my raw lifts go up in the last year along with about 15 pounds of muscle. That’s is not easy to do as a master lifter that has lifted as long as I have. I’m sold on this product. 5 Stars!
